Important information:
The holiday apartments are available for occupation from 2pm on day of arrival. We would ask you to vacate your apartment by 10am on day of departure

Payment Methods:
We accept EC cards, Visa, MasterCard and advance payment by bank transfer
Your booking shall become binding once your booking request, our response are both completed in writing and a deposit by 30% of your booked price.

Condition cancellation:
  • For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
  • For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
  • For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
  • For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
  • In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the amount paid for the missing days.
  • At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via credit card or bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.

Travel insurance:

Our experience shows that despite you are now looking forward to your holiday unexpected things can cross your plans. To avoid anger and unnecessary costs we recommend protecting yourself against cancellation or termination as well as rescue costs ( including helicopter ) with the Reisestorno Schutz. Insurance in your credit card?

Be careful, in many credit cards a travel insurance is included, but often for the bearer only. In the case of cancellation they could refund just the bearer’s cost, not the costs of the rest of the family. Please make sure that your coverage is sufficient.
